Research Use Only

All products supplied by Wellchain.care are strictly for laboratory and research purposes only. They are not intended for human consumption. By purchasing from us, you confirm that you are a qualified researcher or laboratory professional procuring compounds for scientific use.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, compromised, or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund upon verification. Please retain all original packaging and provide photographic evidence where possible.

Quality Issues

If you have concerns about the purity or integrity of a compound, contact our team immediately. We take quality seriously and will investigate all reported issues promptly. Certificate of Analysis (CoA) documentation is available upon request for all products.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of research compounds and strict quality control requirements, we are unable to accept returns of opened or used products. Peptides and biological compounds that have been removed from original packaging cannot be restocked for safety and integrity reasons.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
