- Shipping Area: We currently ship orders only to addresses within the United Kingdom. Orders placed for delivery outside the UK will be cancelled and refunded.
- Dispatch & Delivery: Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days. Royal Mail delivery may take an additional 1–3 days. We are not responsible for delays once the order is in transit.
- Shipping Charges: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination. Any import duties or taxes (if applicable within the UK) are the customer’s responsibility.
- Payment Options: We accept bank transfer (BACS) and Cash on Delivery. NOWPayments (cryptocurrency gateway) will be enabled once API keys are added. Payment must be cleared before dispatch.
- Order Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation by email. Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details (where available)
