Because our products are perishable research reagents, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once an order has been dispatched. Please ensure you order the correct items.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@wellchain.care with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review and offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Orders may only be cancelled prior to dispatch. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible. Refunds will be credited via the original payment method within 14 days after approval.
